Need-responders
The Anankelogy Foundation is seeking to qualify a growing team of need-responders.
What is a need-responder? Someone who properly responds to needs to resolve them, instead of the usual reaction to ease our painful feelings of unresolved needs. You can be a need-responder. Eventually, we want to provide you with the opportunity to hire one.
Qualified need-responders must
1. endure natural discomfort of resolving needs,
2. replace mutual hostilities with a conciliatory process of mutual respect,
3. incentivize powerholders to support the needs of the relatively powerless, and
4. prioritize resolving needs over destructive impersonal social norms.
We help you qualify in all four of these areas.

Need-responders answer institutional decline.
Need-responders fill a service gap left open by lawyers and counselors. Lawyers rely on impersonal laws. Psychotherapists focus more on individual change. Neither aims to fully resolve the relevant needs. Need-responders identify, address and work to resolve all the affected needs in a situation. That removes cause for pain. And that enables each of us to reach more of our life’s potential.
2.
Need-responders equalize power relations.
A bulk of overlooked needs in society result from professional power relations and their unresponsive institutions. Social power silences dissent with their oppositional systems. As distrust in our institutions hit all-time lows, need-responders replace failed hostile oppositional systems—built into adversarial justice and polarizing politics—with a more engaging conciliatory process anchored in mutual respect.
3.
Need-responders create marketable value.
The more consumers grow disillusioned with failed options, the more our need-responsive alternative may appear to fit the bill. Whether need-responders complement or compete with lawyers and counselors or other helping professionals, the value they can create may go through the roof. The more a need-responder fills a niche poorly served by others, the more their expertise will be in high demand.
4.
Need-responders can only be qualified here.
Only the Anankelogy Foundation is currently prepared to train and prepare candidates to serve as qualified need-responders. We offer four progressing short courses to certify each budding need-responder. The first one is free. We provide internal opportunities to test their new skills. Then mentor their initial attempts to verify their marketable need-responsive skills in the real world.
