No one should have to pay to solve a pressing problem created by others. Especially if paying for a legal or psychological solution that actually solves little. Consider these examples.

A counseling client pays for therapy out of pocket to get help coping with her frequently irate and coercive boss. She learns self-help techniques to not personalize her boss's tirades.
